A case pending at the state Court of Appeals may be the first to address a key question over the reach of the state's anti-hazing law. Chad Hoffecker (above) says upholding the dismissal of his client's suit would void the duty of Georgia colleges and universities to protect students from hazing in athletics or other activities.
